Coaching & Mentorship Fulfillment Policy

Enrollment Process

Registration Confirmation

  • All coaching programmes and mentorship enrollments are subject to a discovery call with me or my a member of  my team

  • When you register interest for a program, you will receive an automatic email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your enrollment request and we will arrange to have a call with you. 

  • Once you are enrolled you will receive a welcome email with program details, access instructions, and next steps once your enrollment is processed.

  • We will notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays in processing your enrollment.

Digital Materials & Resources

  • Access to digital course materials, workbooks, and resources will be provided within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation.

  • These materials will be available through our secure online portal, accessible with your personal login credentials.

  • Additional resources may be released progressively throughout the program according to the curriculum schedule.

Access Duration

  • Program access periods vary depending on the specific coaching program or mentorship package you select.

  • Standard access periods are clearly indicated on each program's description page before purchase.

  • Extended access options may be available for an additional fee.

Communication Channels

Primary Communication

  • All official communications regarding your program will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

  • Program updates, session reminders, and additional resources will be shared via email and/or through the program portal.

Support Channels

  • Technical support is available via email at katie@caoimheharrison.com with responses within 1 business day.

  • Program-related questions can be submitted through the designated channels specified in your welcome materials.

  • Urgent matters can be addressed through the emergency contact method provided in your welcome package.

Session Policies

Attendance

  • Live sessions (both group and individual) start promptly at the scheduled time.

  • We recommend logging in 5 minutes early to ensure your technology is working properly.

  • Recordings of group sessions may be available depending on the program structure, as specified in your program details.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • For one-on-one mentorship sessions:

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge.

    • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice) or missed sessions will be counted as completed.

    • Each program includes a specified number of emergency rescheduling options that can be used with less notice.

  • For group coaching programs:

    • Live group sessions cannot be rescheduled to accommodate individual participants.

    • If you miss a group session, you may have access to the recording depending on your program terms.

Program Changes & Extensions

Program Changes

  • We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to program content to improve quality or address emerging needs.

  • In the event of significant program changes, participants will be notified via email with at least 7 days' notice.

  • If major changes significantly alter the nature of the program you purchased, you may be eligible for a partial refund or transfer to another program.

Refund Policy

Cancellation Periods

  • Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended and no materials have been accessed.

  • To request a refund during the guarantee period, you must submit your request in writing and complete any required exit process.

Bonuses & Additional Benefits

Delivery Timeline

  • Any bonuses or additional benefits included with your program will be delivered according to the schedule outlined in your welcome materials.

  • Some bonuses may be contingent upon program completion or reaching specific milestones.
